
The Memorylink Coverage Extender does not use or generate any radio frequency itself. This depends on the radio that is attached to the Coverage Extender. The Coverage Extender unit passes data and sync through its ports.
Yes. The Flanger can be configured to generate its own internal DS1 clock.
The DS1 ports on a Flanger can be enabled by entering a unique software key. Please contact the Distributor or Reseller where you purchased your Flanger at. Make sure that you have the serial numbers for the units you want to update.
In the case where the equipment is providing clock - you should set the master and slave at MODE2 and MODE4. Or if from Flanger MODE1 and MODE4. This is taking into consideration that you need to run all channels independently. If set at default or MODE2 and MODE3 then four ports take clocking from DS1 port one. If port one fails then all ports fail.
