
Jon Huard
Chief Executive Officer, Director and former Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Memorylink, Mr. Huard served as CEO of Access Wisconsin, a digital video distance learning and Internet company. From 1992 to 1998, he was VP/GM and VP of Sales and Operations, respectively, with Pacific Telecom Cellular, a major wireless telecommunications division of a Fortune 500 company. He has prior executive experience in finance, business development and wireless start-ups with major public companies. He is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
Thomas A. Freeburg
Chief Technology Officer and Director.
Mr. Freeburg is one of the foremost experts in broadband Internet, particularly in the area of unlicensed wireless platforms. He is an author and a lecturer who holds 60 patents and has published over 120 papers. Mr. Freeburg is particularly known for the design and implementation of meaningful technology that moves people beyond the ordinary constraints of static technology. Until joining Memorylink he was a Corporate Vice President and a Director of Technology at Motorola, where he also was that company's Chief Futurist. Mr. Freeburg earned a BSEE from Bradley University and an MSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Scott Praven
Acting Head of Marketing and Sales and Director.
Scott is leading the effort to plan and manage Memorylink's marketing, distribution and sales efforts. He has over thirty years of experience in marketing and sales planning, spent mainly at United Airlines.
During his career at United, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, was Director of Brands and Product Development; and spent a stint as Vice President of Revenue Management. Notably, he was Vice President e-Commerce and managed UAL Loyalty Services, a profitable subsidiary responsible for united.com, all internet distribution and investments, United Vacations and the strategic partnership program of Mileage Plus. He held the title of Chief Operating Officer of that group.
Scott has been a director of Memorylink since June 2009. He is also a member of the board of directors of Alliant Credit Union, a $ 7+ billion financial institution, serving as Vice Chairman; Chairman of the Asset Liability Management Committee and a member of the Talent and Compensation Committee. He received an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan.
Peter Strandwitz
Chairman and Founder of Memorylink.
He is former Chairman, CEO and Founder of Plexus Corp., a leading public EMS company with revenues of $1 billion. Prior to founding Plexus in 1980, Mr. Strandwitz was the CEO of Sequence Corp., a high-tech holding company.
